Here you will find information on wages, sectoral determinations and contracts of employment pertaining to specific industries such as domestic workers, the motor industry, farm workers etc.
This Determination sets out the specific working conditions. It includes provisions on wages, hours of work, leave and termination of employment.

Contracts of employment
Here you can find pre-drafted temporary and permanent contracts of employment. The contracts of employment are divided into two sections. One section provides for normal contracts of employment in line with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act. The other section provides for contracts of employment specifically drafted for the Metal Engineering Industry, which is in line with the Metal Engineering Industry Bargaining Council (MEIBC) main agreement.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
The Act applies to all employers, with exception of mines (tailored mine OH&S Act), owners of certain shipping vessels and those exempted by the Minister.
