ALL CCMA CASES POSTPONED
Dear NEASA employer
The CCMA has issued a directive effectively postponing all matters set down between 18 March 2020 and 14 April 2020.
Commissioners may still attempt to settle matters telephonically but all face to face processes have been postponed.
The only exceptions are large scale retrenchments, inquiries by arbitrators and matters in the public interest which may only proceed with the approval of the CCMA at approved facilities.
Should members be contacted for settlement discussions, please refer the caller to your regional NEASA office should you require assistance.
