BIBC WILL NOT ENFORCE MAIN AGREEMENT
RETROSPECTIVELY

Dear Industry Employer
We have received reports of instances where the Building Industry Bargaining Council (Cape of Good Hope) (BIBC) have attempted to enforce the Main agreement for the period prior to the extension date of 12 May 2017.
We have engaged the BIBC on this issue and they have provided an undertaking that this practise will cease with immediate effect.
