REVISED ACCEPTANCE/REJECTION LETTER
The UIF has revised the Acceptance/Rejection letter that the employer needs to sign and return to the UIF with proof of payment.
The letters are similar, irrespective of the fact that they are named differently on the download options.
This letter must be completed and returned, irrespective of whether an employer has already received payment or is still dealing with outstanding claims for specific employees.
Signature of the letter effectively activates the MOA.
Employers are advised to access their own online portal and download the letter specific to their organization.
The letter and proof of payment of the benefits to employees must be e-mailed to Covid19postpaymentenquiries@labour.gov.za.
