STATUS OF POTENTIAL EXTENSION OF MAIN AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Dear Industry Employer
NEASA has been inundated with queries following our last newsletter regarding the possible extension of the Seifsa/Numsa agreement to non-parties.
Please carefully note the following:
• The agreement has not been extended to date;
• It might not be extended at all;
• Even if it is extended, it will not be done retrospectively (backdated);
• Employers are advised not to take any action at this stage;
• This is not the time to panic;
• NEASA will advise members promptly of any developments; and
• Guide members on appropriate action going forward.
