ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT TO EXPIRE
 STOP PAYMENT
 

Dear Industry Employer
 
The Metal and Engineering Industries Registration and Administration Expenses Agreement expires on 31 March 2015.
 
As a result employers are, as of 1 April 2015, not allowed to make any deductions from employees or make any employer contributions in respect of the administration and dispute resolution levies.
 
Any deductions made or employer contributions made to the Council will be unlawful as there will exist no legal basis therefore.
