EXPIRY OF AGREEMENTS
STOP PAYING

Dear Industry Employers

The Administrative Agreement which regulates the payment of monthly levies to the Motor Industry Bargaining Council (MIBCO) and the deduction of trade union subscriptions, where appropriate, expired on 31 August 2016.

The effect of this is that employers may not pay bargaining council levies or deduct and pay over trade union subscriptions to MIBCO as from 1 September 2016.

Contributions to the retirement funds must continue as different agreements apply.
