MOTOR INDUSTRY BARGAINING COUNCIL
COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS EXTENDED
Dear Motor Industry employer
The Minister of Employment and Labour, on 31 March 2023, extended the MIBCO Main Agreement and Administrative Levy Agreement to non-parties with effect from 10 April 2023.
The effect of this is that all employers in the Industry will be obligated to comply with the provisions of the Main Agreement and pay administrative levies to MIBCO.
NEASA members who want to apply for exemption can contact their regional NEASA office for assistance in this regard.
Please note that exemption application must be submitted by 24 April 2023.
