Dear employer

Medical aid or medical insurance has always been at the top of the list of employee needs, especially for those who cannot afford private medical aid.

This issue has been compounded by the poor state of the public health system, which often does not assist ill or injured employees timeously, or at all, which leads to extended or frequent absenteeism.

This in turn results in loss of production or operational challenges for employers.

To address this issue, NEASA is contemplating introducing a low-cost, effective medical insurance product to its members.

In order to gauge the potential interest in such a product we request employers to participate in a short survey.
