The recent judgement by the Labour Court dismissing NEASA’s application to interdict the extension of the MEIBC Main Agreement, and the subsequent dismissal of NEASA’s request for leave to appeal, have garnered a lot of media attention and a lot of statements have been issued in respect thereof.
