Dear Industry Employer
 
The Administration Agreement of MIBCO expired on 31 January 2015 and, to date, has not been renewed.
 
The effect of this is that employers, as of 1 February 2015, are no longer required or allowed to deduct levies from their employees or to make employer levy contributions. 
 
Furthermore, employers are no longer required or allowed to deduct and pay over party union subscriptions to MIBCO through the returns process. Union subscriptions must be paid to the unions directly providing that employers have a valid stop order instruction from each union member.
 
All other payments and contributions remain in place.
