Youth unemployment is a major crisis in South Africa and securing a job proves to be an enormous challenge for especially the youth. NEASA, in addition to fighting for the rights of employers, addresses this problem proactively.

NEASA’s Youth Program assists employers to feed their recruitment pipeline by employing college and university graduates for 12 months, through the benefit of government funding.

Qualifications of these graduates include:

• accounting and finance;

• business administration;

• business management;

• marketing;

• IT; and

• compliance.
