NEASA served a review application to set aside the decisions of the MEIBC to request the Minister of Labour to extend the MEIBC’s Main Agreement and Administration Agreement to non-parties.
The matter will, provisionally, be set down to be heard in the urgent court on 7 November 2018.
We will keep members abreast of developments in this regard.
