NBCRFLI TEMPORARY MEASURES WITHDRAWN
Dear Road Freight employer
As previously communicated, the NBCRFLI issued a circular informing the industry that it had implemented certain measures in an attempt to alleviate the impact of the national lockdown.
Due to a significant number of companies returning to full operation, the Council has resolved to withdraw these measures, save for the relaxation of the restrictions/requirements for occasional leave, with effect from 28 October 2020. To view the new circular, please click here.
As a result of this withdrawal, an application for exemption from any provision of the NBCRFLI Main Collective Agreement should be made in accordance with the normal procedures.
