CONTRACT CLEANING SECTOR
REVIEW OF CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Dear Industry employer
The Minister of Labour, on 15 September 2016, published a notice indicating her intention to review the terms and conditions of employment as contained in the sectoral determination for the Contract Cleaning Sector.
This sectoral determination is applicable to all employers in the sector, excluding those employers in Kwazulu-Natal covered by a bargaining council collective agreement.
In terms of the notice, interested parties may make written representations within 60 days from date of publication.
Any NEASA members in the sector who wish to make representations, please click here to submit your submissions by no later than 31 October 2016.
NEASA will submit a consolidated representation to the Minister on behalf of its members.
